The house has a front and a rear entrance. Through the wrought iron gate at the front you will pass the cellars which house the boiler for the central heating, the washing machine and tumble dryer. The cellar also acts as a store for the table tennis table plus other games. Deck and garden chairs are also stored there.  Alongside the cellar is a
stone staircase leading to the terrace, where you will find the main entrance into the house. Through the wrought iron gates to the end of the drive, you will find a parking area and the garages. To the right of the garage and through the gate, leads you again to the stone staircase. If you go through the garages, you will discover the basement toilet and shower room, convenient for when you are using the pool.   
The TerraceThe floor of the terrace is hardwood, and welcome shade is provided by lush climbing plants. From the whole length of the terrace you have access to the building through three French doors, two of which lead to bedrooms, the third is the entrance into the dining room and kitchen The terrace provides an excellent eating and socialising area. There is a large wooden table and chairs. A candle light dinner here is a must for everyone overlooking the pool which is lit in the evenings. 
The Swimming PoolThe pool is 10m long and 5m wide. The depth is 1.20m at the shallow end to 1.80 at the deep end. The liner of the pool is turquoise and has steps at the shallow end. Around the pool the is wooden decking bordered by a mature shrub garden. The pool has a solar cover which is on a manual roller and can easily be manoeuvred in or out. If necessary the pool can be heated. Access to the pool is fenced to comply with safety regulations, the entrance gates are fitted with bolt locks and there is an alarm, nevertheless, care must be observed in and around the pool and young children must be attended to at all times . |
